Product Availability  
While we try to ensure that each and every item we carry is always available, we cannot guarantee this. From time to time titles will temporarily go out of stock and the item will not be available to ship within our normal processing turnaround time. Nevertheless, we will always keep you updated on your order's status and give you the option to either cancel, replace or backorder any unavailable items.

Processing Time       
Our standard processing time for all orders is approximately 2-4 business days. In some cases where works have to be produced to meet an order we will contact you by email to discuss the processing time.

Order Verification
Upon shipment of your order, we will forward you an electronic receipt via e-mail which will breakdown all charges and give you the total amount of your bill including all shipping charges and sales tax (if applicable). This shipping confirmation will also include tracking information (where applicable).
