If you are not satisfied in any way with any item purchased from the Museum Vaults, you may exchange it or return the item within 30 days from the date the order was shipped. You will receive a refund of the cost of the purchased item(s).

The refund will be processed after the item to be returned has been received and inspected. Shipping charges are not refundable. The customer must pay return shipping charge unless it was our shipping error.     

You must inform the Museum Vaults, via email, prior to shipping a return in order to receive proper instructions and authorization. If possible, simply send your return request as a reply to your shipping confirmation email. If this is not possible, please email Monty Cantsin
